Jens (Kim Bodnia) is a good cop and goes about his daily business catching everyday crooks. One day, a band of his regular crooks that he keeps tabs on commits a heist that turns out to be more trouble than it's worth. They end up successfully stealing a good amount of drugs from the Latvian mob, and now their lives are in danger from more dangerous crooks. A good cop would just arrest all the bad guys, but not Jens. Jens' moral compass tells him that there are levels of evil and these different levels of evil criminals need to be treated differently and just what that entails you have to watch the film to see.
