Sixty Six

Bernie (Gregg Sulkin) is a 12 year old boy who is constantly being ignored by his family. His father, Manny (Eddie Marsan) is constantly obsessing and worrying about a new supermarket opening near his grocery store and the impact that will have on his business. His mother, Esther (Helena Bonham Carter) spends her time worrying about and doting on Bernie's brothers and pays him little attention. But finally, Bernie has something that will cause everyone to finally pay attention to him - his Bar Mitzvah is coming up. He spends all his time planning the perfect day, but his plans are quickly thwarted. It's the summer of 1966, and England makes it to the World Cup final, which just so happens to land on the day of Bernie's Bar Mitzvah. Will Bernie get the day he's been hoping for, and the attention he has been craving for so long?
