Romasanta

The bottom-line of the story is about the uproar caused when some mutilated cadavers were discovered, giving way to the legend of the "Werewolf of Allariz". This film is based on the true life story of Manuel Romasanta (Julian Sands) the traveling vendor where he finally accepted and confessed to the murders of thirteen people. From these murders he used it for his trade of making soaps with the body fats of the deads. The plot of this movies goes on with the traveling vendor who rolls through the forest in his old wagon, where during his travel from each village a woman waits for him faithfully. The mysterious vendor is an attractive, intelligent,and a charming man but he's also the monster feared by all. His murders continues where he tries for a recent prey to be Barbara(Elsa Pataky) but things change where she hunts him down and survives as the lone survivor of her family where all her sisters are killed. At last Romasanta was tried in Allaríz in 1852 and avoided capital punishment by proclaiming he was a werewolf.
