A classic comedy in the style of a documentary, or a mockumentary if you will. John Cleese portrays himself in several classic sketches later used almost unchanged in Monty Python sketches. One of the sketches has Cleese as a car salesman who refuses to accept that a car he has sold is defective. Another features Cleese as a bored airplane pilot who resorts to making intercom announcements to passengers that make them become progressively more frightened until they all jump from the plane. Throughout the sketches Cleese narrates as though instructing people on the finer points of how to properly irritate people.
