Eddie Elizabeth Ndingombaba (Adrian Edmondson) and Richard Twat (Rik Mayall), bicker, joke and fight their way through their attempt to run a quintessentially British guest house, which just happens to be situated next to a vast nuclear power station. An array of unusual and unsuspecting would-be guests are continuously caught in the nasty crossfire between the manic pair, until a leak at the power station provokes an unexpectedly gross, inherently comic chain of events. These events lead Eddie and Richie on a tumultuous journey, ending up in a place of which they'd never dared to dream.
