For freshman and re-entry students in first-year orientation courses, this interactive text empowers students to identify the situations which require a decision and to develop the strategies and skills they need to be successful. Topics include academic decisions, choosing a major and a career, time management, learning styles (right/left brain), listening and note taking, test preparation, class and campus participation, money management, wellness, and stress management.
