This key issue features the return from death of Oliver Queen. This is one of the three key Green Arrow issues (100, 101 & 137) that tie in with the Green Arrow series by Kevin Smith. Issues 100 and 101 relates the apparent death of Oliver Queen (Green Arrow), and feature Superman. Issue 100 has a foil cover. Issue 137, which also features Superman, was the last issue of the series and is the jumping off point for the new series. Cover price $2.50.
