"Delusions" - It's a Cinderella story with a message. Dahlia is a pretty young girl who grew up on the streets, but when a passing talent scout notices her she gets on the fast track to fame and fortune. But there's one catch, she has diabetes, and she refuses to heed the warning signs. Dahlia collapses into a diabetic coma and it is up to She-Hulk to get her to the hospital on time.
