Having gained international status, the Justice League moves into several embassies around the world. In New York, Martian Manhunter and Captain Atom tangle with the poor flooring and security system. In Russia, Batman and Guy Gardner - who is treated with suspicion following the Green Lantern's recent foray into Russia - discover the new embassy has been bugged by the KGB. In Paris, Booster Gold and Blue Beetle have lunch before helping move; while eating, Booster attempts to pick up an attractive woman but is turned down. Later at the embassy, Booster is embarrassed to discover she is Catherine Cobert, the new Paris Bureau Chief. Mr Miracle picks up the new League shuttle but when attempting to land it on the embassy roof, the weight of it collapses the roof.
