On Apokolips, Manga Khan attempts to open up trade negotiations using the captive Mr Miracle as bargaining chips, trying to barter Miracle for Boom Tube technology.
After having been attacked by Lobo, the League has crashed on Apokolips. Barda's friends give Rocket Red a new suit to replace the one destroyed by Lobo. Finding out where Miracle is being held, they manage to sneak into the building but are attacked by hordes of Parademons and pinned down.
In the confusion, Mr Miracle is stolen from Manga Khan who, in retaliation commands The Cluster to attack. In order to get reinforcements, Barda Boom Tubes back to the JL Embassy and, before the other League members can complain, Booms them back to Apokolips, including Lobo.
