Brave New World?
The Thunderbolts find themselves on an alien planet. Eventually they discover they are on Counter-Earth, where they meet a version of Helmut Zemo and his Thunderbolts, see a lot of suffering, and wonder what's next. The Fixer soon learns, when Earth's Zemo reveals he has been hiding inside Fixer's Tech Pack, and demands Norbert help him find a new body!
