Mainspring sends Template to take over the New York Stock Exchange where he runs up against the Avengers and Spidey; Warlock and crew take the fight to Mainspring's base and try to convince him that the activities of a phalanx tower will draw the Magus who will destroy the world; As Mainspring aids the kids in taking out the tower's power source, Magus arrives.
