Erik Josten finds the lab used to create Wonder Man back in Avengers #9. The Enchantress arrives and uses the equipment to turn him into Power Man, every bit the equal of the former creation. They begin to attack the Avengers in a far more subtle way, using spells and false information to discredit and frame them. Before they can get to the bottom of it all, the courts intervene.
