Iron Man manages to get some charge in his armor, before he leaves Avengers mansion to prevent himself from accidentally revealing to Jarvis that he is Tony Stark. Tony is soon captured by Princess Python, formerly of the Ringmaster's Circus of Crime, but manages to escape long enough to change into his Iron Man armor. He defeats the snake and turns Princess Python over to the authorities. Finally, he notices his flying jets are out, but doesn't know that the Adaptoid he fought last issue has been restored as the Cyber-Stalker by alien cousins Tyrr and Jarr, and that the new robot is on its way to the plant he's in. This robot matches the figure from the vision that's been plaguing Marianne for the past few issues, and that Iron Man is currently poised directly over the vat of acid from that same vision.
