If I Fail, a World is Lost / The Fantastic Origin of the Red Skull

If I Fail, a World is Lost - Senator Harrington Byrd is convinced that Tony Stark is the wrong man to be awarded government contracts. When Iron Man tests a submarine and is forced to destroy it to prevent an attack on the surface world led by Attuma, Byrd goes on a rampage.

The Fantastic Origin of the Red Skull - Captain America is captured when searching for the missing Bucky. The Red Skull indulges himself by revealing the origin of his own powers, buying time for a mind control drug to take effect over the star-spangled Avenger.
