The Other Iron Man - Tony's heart can't take the strain, and he collapses while giving his testimony. While bedridden, suspicions of his double identity make the papers, so Happy takes the armour to raise reasonable doubts. Unfortunately, that ends up putting his own life in far more danger than he'd expected.

The Super-Adaptoid! - The Super-Adaptoid acts inert, but in reality it registers the abilities of the Avengers around it. Once most have left, it attacks once more, and this is time more than sufficiently equipped to handle Captain America alone.
