Wonder Woman, Vol. 2

Steve Trevor is sent on a mysterious mission by his commander to fly a combat jet into the middle of nowhere. Unknown to Steve, his commander and his copilot are pawns of Ares. Meanwhile, Princess Diana recieves her magic lasso from the gods and is given a talisman to aid her in her quest to find Ares.
Steve Trevors plane breaks throught the magical barrier hidding Paradise Island from the rest of the world. His copilot, now a pawn of Ares, attacks Steve and drops a bomb meant to destroy Paradise Island and all the Amazons. Princess Diana stops the bomb and rescues Steve Trevor from the wreckage after his plane crashes in the ocean. Hermes takes Diana and a recovering Steve Trevor back to the world of man so she can continue her mission.
