Over a year ago, Tony and other members of the Illuminati made the decision to launch the Hulk into space for his own good and the betterment of the world. But the Hulk didn't arrive on the planet he and Reed Richards had selected... a planet with no sentient life, but a lush environment where the Hulk could finally be at peace. Instead, the Hulk was carried to the savage world of Sakaar, where he became a slave, a gladiator, a revolutionary and finally a King. And now, the Hulk has returned, furious over what was done to him. Ever since he learned that the Hulk did not reach his intended destination, Tony has been preparing for this day. Now the reckoning has come, and Tony makes preparations to take responsibility for his part in bringing World War Hulk to the Earth.
