Justice League International

Following the events of Millennium #1 the League members in the shuttle travelling back to the Paris embassy are shocked when Rocket Red admits to being a Manhunter and asks them to join him in their war against the Guardians of the Universe. Once they refuse, Rocket Red attacks them. Rocket Red leaves the shuttle, seals the hatch (leaving most of the League inside) and takes control of the shuttle, piloting it towards Bialya and an oil refinery in the country. Before crashing, they are rescued by the real Rocket Reds and while the Manhunter spy crashes into the refinery, Guy Gardner contains the explosion. In New York, Maxwell Lord is shot by his secretary who is a Manhunter spy but she in turn is killed by a mysterious mechanical presence.
