Jonas Harrow has managed to reverse-engineer the Stark-Tech used for the suppression of super-powers and advanced technology. Now he's used that technology to put on a demonstration for the benefit of Norman Osborn. The renegade New Avengers have fallen, and Osborn's own forces have been stopped in their tracks. Harrow wants Parker Robbins' seat on the Cabal, and to renegotiate that contract. But with Loki's help, the Hood won't be out of the game for long.
