The Order is the premier super-team emerging from Tony Stark's Fifty States Initiative - a team of super-powered recruits tasked with defending California from threats that regular authorities aren't equipped to deal with. But after the team's debut, half of the members go out for a wild night on the town in clear violation of the contracts they signed when they joined. But the Order was formed with the knowledge that members would serve on the team at most for one year. There are tiers of recruits constantly training, and waiting for their chance in the spotlight. But even as these new recruits are being introduced to the world for the first time, a new threat emerges. Can The Order come together as a team worthy of attention that has been showered on them?
