X-Men vs. Avengers

Magneto is aided by some fellow mutants, but he has a difficult decision to make. He asks Captain America to help him decide; should he or should he not use the circuitry in his helmet to eliminate antimutant prejudice from the minds of his fellow man? Cap says no, and Magneto agrees to submit to a fair trial. When the prejudice of the judge is revealed, Magneto questions how fair his trial can be and uses the circuitry on him. He is released by this particular court, but at what cost to the world?
