The X-Men manage to regroup and get off world to try and track down the missile base on the moon, only to discover the missile base actually is the moon. They are soon faced with overwhelming odds, and Cyclops concocts a plan that involves sacrificing himself to get the others away, ready to use their ace in the hole, something referred to as Leviathan.
