City of Heroes, Vol. 2

Manticore mobilizes the Freedom Phalanx to do battle with an asian villain named Foreshadow, and his associates. But it turns out that Foreshadow isn't evil. As he is reborn, he alternates between good and evil incarnations. Currently he is trying to atone for his actions in his previous incarnation. As they work thigs out, Brickstown, home of Zigursky Prison, falls under attack by the Banished Pantheon, releasing scores of super-powered villains in the process.
