Kat Farrell is chasing the story that could be her ticket out of the Superhero beat at the Daily Bugle, but she's run out of leads. Judge Michael Hart has returned after his apparent death to wreak vengeance on the criminal underworld... but Kat still hasn't figured out who killed his wife, and shot him.
