Shadows are moving throughout the Universe. There have been a lot of changes on Babylon 5 since the death of President Santiago. Jeffrey Sinclair is no longer Commander of the Station, and is the first human ambassador to Minbar.
A strange, intermittent distress call gets the attention of Babylon 5 Control. Zeta Wing finds a ship that seems to have suffered a failed hijacking attempt. Only one person survived, and he's in no shape to tell he staff at B5 what happened. But wheels are in motion, and what took place on that ship could prove very important to Ambassador Sinclair's situation.
