Stirk kills the homeless man, removes the heart, and takes the body away to be dumped; Batman arrives at Stirk's home to find a pot of human hearts cooking on the stove; Stirk kidnaps a security guard and leads him back to his apartment, only to find Batman waiting; Stirk captures Batman and ties him down and tries to fill Batman with fear; as Stirk tries to kill the security guard, Batman finally breaks free and captures Stirk and returns him to Arkham Asylum.
