Part One
The Dragon King is back, and he has The Spear of Destiny, allowing him to control anyone with meta-human or magical powers. Unfortunately, the heroes of the world are in the middle of an Infinite Crisis and the only ones available to go up against him are the original Flash and Wildcat. And it is apparent that the Dragon King has many young meta-humans under control before he starts his campaign.
