Wally West has returned, and is once again the vessel for the Speed Force. But the celebration of his return is short lived, as it's learned almost immediately afterward that his cousin, Bart has been murdered by the Rogues. Learning from his aunt, Iris Allen, that Inertia was the one who orchestrated Bart's death, Wally refuses to rest until Tad Thawne is caught.
