With the real Black Beaver dead, Medea and Arcadia concoct a plan to send Luther into the wrestling ring with Comptroller Vulgate's robot. Bill hatches a plan to save QUSA from C.K.'s hostile takeover attempt and Reuben gets beaten up. Comptroller Vulgate is exposed, Reuben gets his funding for the year, and appoints Peggy Krieger as QUSA's new general manager. Arcadia's investigation is scuttled when Desiree Deutchmarx turns up back home safe and sound, and she heads back to People's Prairie.
