Arthur, Kingshark, and the team from Windward Home meet up with the Dweller in the Depths, the source of the urgent telepathic summons sent to Arthur. The Aurati have imprisoned Mera, and made slaves of Atlanteans o harvest minerals. After some argument, Arthur agrees to save not only the Atlanteans, but also the Aurati, who are acting as little more than slaves of men from the surface with heavy weapons.But as the uprising is beginning, the Dweller realizes that this operation is being watched by one of the greatest threats under the sea...
