Pyramid has seized the Apollo 11 and unleashed the power of The Incarnate... who has judged humanity as a danger to itself, to it's system, and the universe. Astro City's heroes gather around the recently-returned Silver Agent as they attempt to rescue the Apollo 11, stop Pyramid and save the Earth from the Incarnate.
Amidst the chaos, Charles and Royal close on their quarry. Aubrey Jason murdered their parents years ago. He doesn't even remember them, but the pair of brothers have been working towards their revenge for years.
