Batman: The 12 Cent Adventure

While Bruce Wayne is busy attending a gala to raise money for a scientist, Spoiler is observing a meeting of the heads of the largest gangs in Gotham. The heads of every major criminal syndicate are showing up with the best muscle they can afford.

Catwoman, who was following 'Junior' Galante warns Stephanie that she might want to call Batman in, even after her recent dismissal as Robin. But when the shooting starts, and the various gang leaders are either wounded or killed, it's far too late for Batman's intervention.
