The Superpowers vs. the Superpowers, The Black Terror Goes To Washington Part Three
Upon breaking into the White House, the Black Terror is confronted by five patriotic heroes who were also imprisoned in Pandora's Box. However, these five have sworn allegiance to President West. Bob puts up a good fight, but is subdued and imprisoned where he finds several other captive heroes.
Back in New York, the Green Llama and his allies scan the news, eager for word of Bob's status.
