Checkmate, Vol. 2

As the selection trials are being held to replace Black Queen's (Sasha Bordeaux's) Knight, Alan Scott is packing his things. In crossing the US government to stop Count Vertigo from stealing data on the Chinese meta-human program, he made enemies in the US administration determined to veto his appointment. Mr. Terriffic has every intention of joining him, but Alan offers him the position of White King. All of the other governments have agreed to veto any appointment to that position except Mr. Terriffic, if he wants it.But what does this mean for his relationship with Sasha? It's one thing for the Black Queen, and a White Bishop to have a personal relationship... but it's something else entirely for the White King and Black Queen to do so.
