Concrete: Think Like A Mountain

The water in Puget Sound is pretty opaque -- a good thing for Concrete, who was forced to dive in to avoid a bunch of irate loggers. He's in Canada illegally traveling with a pack of Earth First!ers, and if he's seen he could be connected to those left-wing environmentalists and the property destruction they've caused. But that was the problem that caused him to jump. Now his problem is getting out of the Sound, finding the First!ers, and making his way back to America -- unseen.
