Dragonfly

Nancy Arazello is the inadvertent recipient of powers, a consequence of her boyfriend's research into a long ago superhero called Dragonfly. He recreates a ritual with the intent of transforming himself, but Nancy recieves the powers instead. And that marks her for death at the hands of Psiborg (Bio-Exterminator Unit 114) who intends to destroy her for belonging to the "Zzara Hive Intelligence" - whatever that is! There's also the effect these powers are having on her normal life and her relationships with friends and family...
