Ultimo is on a rampage, and the combined might of Iron Man, Sapper, Golden Blade and S.H.I.E.L.D. isn't even slowing him down. Warbird awakens from her alcohol poisoning, and begins to realize the magnitude of her problem. Still, they don't have enough raw power to put Ultimo down, so their only recourse is to apply the engineering knowledge of Tony Stark, and hope to find another way to win the day.
