Outsiders, Vol. 3

The joint operation between Checkmate and the Outsiders has proven disastrous. Nightwing, Captain Boomerang and the Black Queen are in the hands of the madd Chang Tzu, the evil scientist member of China's Great Ten. The joint strike team was sent back into Oolong Island with Chinese approval, seeking their missing members, only to find that they had been transported off the island. With the only possible location of Chang Tzu's backup lab in North Korea, the combined team risks causing a diplomatic incident if they insert there. But a third party has been observing all of the proceedings, and he prepares to enact a plan of his own to rescue the hostages.
