Lex Luthor unveils his latest project: the Science Sphere, built on a convergence of chi lines and designed with Feng Shui. Now in Metropolis, the Question takes to the streets, listening, feeling. That's when he comes across the Subterraneans attempting to rob a bank while Superman is otherwise occupied. The Questions stops them, but a self-destruct code burns them away.
