V'Ger
The Enterprise has made contact with V'Ger, and it seems to have very low tolerance for humans, treating them as an infestation of the mechanical Enterprise. In fact, it has killed members of the crew, and reproduced one of them in exact detail as a mechanism to observe the crew.
