The Triangle
This movie can be described as a mystery. The movie starts out in 1492. A quick minute or two showing Christopher Columbus and the spanish voyage coming into contact with something they have never seen before. green peace group is on a boat driven by Meeno Paloma (Lou Diamond Phillips) is involved in a mysterious explosion of a whaling boat. A shipping company named Benerall Shipping hires a group of four people Howard Thomas (Eric Stoltz), Emily Patterson (Catherine Bell), Stan Lathem (Bruce Davison), and Bruce Geller (Michael E. Rodgers) to solve the mystery of why Benerall’s ships are disappearing in the Bermuda Triangle. One of the groups first trips is to the site of a plane crash, where Stan Lathem (Bruce Davison) directs divers to the location of a mission girl. The group of four hire a submarine crew to explore the depths of the Bermuda triangle, where they quickly find out they are not supposed to be there. After the plane crash, the group begins to have visions of alternate realities that begin to affect them. The characters are pulled into alternate, just as they are about to solve the mystery of Benerall’s Ships.
Shipping magnate hires a journalist, an oceanographer, a psychic and a meteorologist to find out why some of his ships went missing in the Bermuda Triangle. The survivor of one such incident realizes that his reality has altered.
The team is taken in by the men in black and later released. Howard and Stan search for the plane crash survivor's grandfather, while Bruce and Emily look for the source of the anomalies in the Triangle. Confused Meeno becomes suicidal.
U.S. Secretary of the Navy has found a way to stop the Triangle phenomena. With their job done, the team goes home only to realize that a possible miscalculation in his plan could bring about the end of the world. Can the team stop it?
