Mrs. Howser reunites with her old college boyfriend, Wally "Howlin Wolf" Goldstein, which worries Doogie when it appears that they might reconnect.
When Eastman receives a 3,000 year old mummy from a museum for study, Vinnie tries teaching Doogie about mummies from the old movies. Lights flicker as the mummy enters the CAT scan machine. It's an earthquake and rumors fly around the hospital.
Doogie tries working at a fast food restaurant after Vinnie bets that his job is harder than Doogie's.
The star actor from TV show LA Med wants to learn from Doogie how to be a more caring doctor; he's learned enough from 'old, cynical doctors'. Everyone's head is turned by the presence of the actor and the spotlight is off Doogie. Is it really jealousy he's feeling?
