Doogie is obsessed with his virginity while a patient believes that he is her late husband.

Doogie and Vinnie move into an apartment. Doogie comes up with a risky solution to help a child with leukemia who has very few options for treatment and little time left.

Doogie's leukemia patient undergoes a risky procedure to save his life. Doogie and Vinnie work on their roommate relationship to stay living together.

Vinnie girlfriend wants to run to Las Vegas to get married. Doogie takes on a curse to save a boys life.

Vinnie is upset and plans to do something stupid when Janine won't have sex with him, only to find out she has had sex. Little does he know the circumstances surrounding the loss of her virginity.

Doogie thinks things will pick up where they left off when Wanda comes back to town, but she has other thoughts.

When Doogie gets competitive with his father, feelings are hurt and his guilt manifests in a dream of life as a doctor during the Civil War.

Planning to surprise Wanda in Chicago, things take a turn for Doogie when his car breaks down in the desert leading to an unexpected encounter that puts his situation into perspective.

Due to his extravagant spending, Doogie's father makes him pay rent to learn fiscal responsibility. Curly's father comes into the ER with heart difficulties. Doogie has a girl spend the night after she's too tired to drive home.

Wanda wants to be able to ask relationship advice from Doogie as a friend. They argue which turns into multiple phone conversation combinations between her, Doogie, Janine and Vinnie.

A patient with a 'ticking time bomb' in his head teaches Doogie about the value of truth, after Doogie asks out a co-worker after he's seen her medical records.

Vinnie and Doogie fight about the importance of their career choices when Vinnie ditches Doogie for his film classmates watching Jerry Lewis comedy instead of going to see the Bulls play. Later, Doogie uses The Three Stooges comedy to break through the tough shell of a young patient.

Mrs. Howser reunites with her old college boyfriend, Wally "Howlin Wolf" Goldstein, which worries Doogie when it appears that they might reconnect.

When Eastman receives a 3,000 year old mummy from a museum for study, Vinnie tries teaching Doogie about mummies from the old movies. Lights flicker as the mummy enters the CAT scan machine. It's an earthquake and rumors fly around the hospital.

Doogie tries working at a fast food restaurant after Vinnie bets that his job is harder than Doogie's.

The star actor from TV show LA Med wants to learn from Doogie how to be a more caring doctor; he's learned enough from 'old, cynical doctors'. Everyone's head is turned by the presence of the actor and the spotlight is off Doogie. Is it really jealousy he's feeling?

When Vinnie helps Doogie score some tickets to see Harry Connick, Jr., Doogie tells Cecelia he will pick her up at her place. She's says she'll meet him there. Vinnie thinks Cecelia is hiding something. Looks like a 4-year-old secret.

Doogie has an intimate moment with Nurse Spaulding. A arrogant medical student gets under Doogie's skin.

Doogie looks to choose a specialty and tries out family medicine with his father bringing back memories of his youth.

Janine drops out of college and causes an upheaval with her parents.

Spring break challenges Janine's and Vinnie's relationship. Doogie encounters the two extreme attitudes of paralyzed people.

Wanda wants Doogie to side with her on an issue with her father.

Vinnie makes a movie about himself for class. An elderly Czech patient keeps bugging Doogie for answers to trivia he can't remember to the point of belligerency.

Honduras beckons to the Doctors Howser in lieu of their annual fishing trip.
