Happy Together (Blu-Ray)

A couple with problems, leave Hong Kong for a trip to Argentina, with the thought that a change of scenery could freshen up their relationship. In comparison with Hong Kong, Argentina is the end of the world, so is the perfect place for Lai (Tony Leung Chiu Wai) and Ho (Leslie Cheung) to take it from the beginning. However, on the way to Iguazu Waterfall they begin arguing and they break up. Instead of returning home, they both stay in Buenos Aires and try to cope. Lai, a pragmatic and stable nature, wants only to have a normal life. Ho has a destructive nature and he can’t have a stable relationship, having various adventures all culminating with a night in which disfigured and beaten ends up at Lai’s door, who takes care him for a while. Their relationship is sprinkled with violent quarrels, breaking ups and reconciliation. Although physically they live together, in their mind each one is alone. The end happens when Ho resume his playboy habits and Lai starts a platonic relationship with Chang (Chen Chang), a colleague from work.
