Tomorrow At Sunrise, The Legend Begins!

Danny (John White) and Phil (Dan Warry-Smith) dread another long, hot summer in boring Vernon, Mississippi. Danny and Phil are always playing tricks to amuse themselves. With their sights set higher than the usual prank call, the boys wrack their brains for a plan that will prove how clever they are.

Danny and Phil visit their friend Bob (Paul Winfield), a hermit and the local crackpot. A denizen of the swamp for over fifty years, Bob is always on the lookout for the legendary creature known as Gator Face, who is rumored to be covered from head to toe in glimmering, green scales. Inspired by Bob's Gator Face fantasy, Danny unveils his masterpiece stunt to his friend. Phil will only have to wear a wet suit covered with green scales and Gator Face will come to life at last. "Tomorrow at sunrise, the Legend begins," Danny proclaims.

During Danny and Phil's reign of terror, Danny has the uncomfortable feeling that there is something in the swamp watching them. Soon thereafter, Danny has a close encounter with the real Gator Face.

Will Danny and Phil realize in time that their hoax has endangered the harmless Gator Face? Not only is the National Guard after Gator Face, but the townspeople have turned into an angry mob.
