Andrew Wakefield (Ashton Kutcher) is a young brokenhearted man who had lost his sister in a car accident. As he tries to come to terms with her tragic death, Andrew decided to go to a town but only to find comfort in the arms from a stunning older woman named Linda (Michelle Pfeiffer). Initially, during his stay at the new town, Andrew had wanted to seek revenge for the murder of his beloved sister but an unexpected bond with Linda had sidetracked his attention towards her who has also lost her dearest husband. A beautiful romance soon began to bloom between the two lost souls.
