Pink Panther 93 min. PG-13 2006
Inspector Clouseau returns to the big screen with Steve Martin taking over for Peter Sellers in a modern Pink Panther tale. When a famous french soccer star is murdered and his notoriously large pink diamond ring, the 'Pink Panther', is found missing, Chief Inspector Charles Dreyfus (Kevin Kline) sends in Inspector Clouseau (Steve Martin). Dreyfus full well expects that Clouseau will make a disaster out of the investigation and conducts his own in the hopes of winning the Legion d'honneur by solving the case himself. Clouseau is watched over by Gilbert Ponton (Jean Reno) as he attempts to solve the case while falling for Xania (Beyonce Knowles) who was girlfriend of the murdered star. While bumbling and stumbling his way through an investigation will Clouseau manage to solve the mystery of the Pink Panther?
