Tie That Binds, The (Blu-Ray)

Deranged criminals John Netherwood (Keith Carradine) and his totally mad wife Leann Netherwood (Daryl Hannah) leave their daughter Janie (Julia Devin) behind during one shoot-out with police. Given to foster parents Russell Clifton (Vincent Spano) and his wife Dana Clifton (Moira Kelly), the adoptive parents have a hand in a hornet’s nest when they try to help the child. The obsessed and violent Netherwoods will do anything to retrieve their child. This means a string of murders that bring them closer every day to a reunion with their daughter. In the meantime, the well-intentioned foster couple try to help the traumatized child adapt to normal life after being abused by her parents. But, the apple does not fall far from the tree.
