Plot

Phebe Draper, daughter of William Draper and Lydia Lathrop, was born in 1797 in Rome, New York. She married George Palmer in 1815, Cramahe Township, Northumberland, Ontario, Canada. They had seven children. He died in 1835. She married Ebenezer Brown in 1842 in Pleasantville, Illinois. She died in 1879 in Draper, Utah.
