Signs of a sexual nature

Over the years that I have been involved in both social work and sign language teaching and research, i have constantly advocated the need for a book of sexual signs.

However, this has proved to be far more problematic than one could ever have imagined. While ths book contains a number of signs of a sexual nature, IT IS BY NO MEANS AN EXHAUSTIVE OR COMPLETE RECOND OF ALL THE SIGNS AT PRESENT IN USE IN THE BRITISH DEAF COMMUNITY.

This book is hopefully the start of a proper investigation, which will recond all the signs that link into the area of sex and sexuality.
